Goodbyes are never easy, but celebrations are! This May, we got together with friends and family to celebrate the Kemper Teen Arts Council’s hard work this year. With lots of smiles and hugs goodbye, we ended the year strong. We know our council members are onto bright futures and can’t wait to see all that they do!
